This is a tiny tree. It lives in a big concrete tub which has been placed on a bridge where pedestrians trek. That is why I have taken it from my trove for ABC Wednesday
The bridge spans a river, which naturally is full of water. This particular morning the water was steaming up into the colder air, and above, behind the tree's top, a low cloud of water vapor made a good backdrop.
