My husband and I were at Koocanusa again, but the kokanee weren't biting too well as most of them were preparing to spawn. The weather was unsettled, to say the least. This first picture shows a front moving in, waves of clouds in the ocean of air.
Next we saw the rain. Those white ridges and peaks are getting wet! The squall line was moving our direction, and when WE started getting really wet, we headed in.
Half an hour later we reached the dock--in the sunshine. We took a break at camp.
Then I turned around. . .
So although we didn't catch many fish this trip, it was certainly worth the time!
